About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our dynamic team within the thriving Event & Experiential industry. The ideal candidate will bring innovative design ideas to life, delivering captivating event environments, stages, and installations that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create 3D designs for event spaces, stages, and experiential activations.
• Develop detailed 3D models, renderings, and layouts using SketchUp and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and technical producers, to ensure designs align with client objectives and technical feasibility.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative event concepts tailored to the Middle East market.
• Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to inspire fresh and impactful designs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5 + years of experience as a 3D Designer within the Event & Experiential industry.
• Proficiency in SketchUp; knowledge of additional 3D software
• Demonstrated expertise in stage design and event space layouts.
• Strong understanding of spatial design and how audiences interact with environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly.
