European Controlling Manager – Lead & Transform Finance
Job summary
A global pharmaceutical company in Warsaw is seeking a Controlling Manager to drive financial accuracy and governance across Europe. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing finance team, oversee compliance with SOX controls, and implement process improvements. A master's degree in finance and at least 7 years of experience are required. This role offers a collaborative hybrid work environment with competitive perks.

- Steer advancements in automation solutions.

- Flag significant master data challenges for resolution.
- Build trusted relationships with other process owners and finance teams.
