Google LLC in Poland and Ireland is seeking a YouTube Solution Expert within gTech Ads to help clients maximize video and display campaigns across a global product stack. You will work in a fast-paced, multilingual environment, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver tailored solutions.

This role emphasizes high-scale performance, complex account structures, and proactive advisory across major brand initiatives, events, and seasonal launches, with English and Hebrew

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
• Experience in client-facing roles managing corporate relationships or agency accounts.
• Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently.

Responsabilités

• Specialize in high-scale performance products across Full Funnel advertising, particularly campaigns utilizing a mix of video and image assets to drive conversions and customer acquisition.
• Navigate highly complex account structures, such as the multi-vertical aggregator business models common in performance-heavy markets.
• Provide comprehensive support for major brand initiatives—spanning campaign planning, client guidance, implementation, and optimization.
• Create, pitch, and secure large-scale, high-impact media plans aligned with major global events (e.g., the world cup or seasonal product launches).
• Act as the dedicated technical and strategic advisor for Large Customer Sales clients to ensure long-term stability and campaign growth.
