• Develop and manage ETF-based investment strategies including market analysis and fund selection.
• Conduct periodic portfolio rebalancing to optimize performance and manage risk.
• Draft and update terms and conditions for asset management services.

• Job description: Develop and manage ETF-based investment strategies, including market analysis, selection of appropriate funds, and adapting strategies to changing market conditions. Periodic portfolio rebalancing and composition adjustments aimed at optimizing performance and managing risk. Monitor portfolio results and conduct performance analysis to ensure alignment with investment objectives. Draft and update terms and conditions of asset management services as well as internal procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Design and implement operational processes to enhance team effectiveness and maintain high service quality. Oversee regulatory reporting obligations, including preparation and submission of reports in line with applicable legal requirements. Collaborate closely with the Product & Technology teams in the development and enhancement of Investment Plans services. Support internal stakeholders with expertise in passive investment strategies and ETF markets.
