Responsibilities
- Translate investment banking market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and client workflows into product requirements
- Manage and prioritize the flow of product development requests across Deals, Banking Analytics, and workflow solutions
- Partner with Business, Content, Data Engineering, Research, and Technology teams to deliver scalable capital markets solutions
- Contribute to business case development by identifying high‑impact initiatives and supporting commercial prioritization, revenue potential, and client value
- Collaborate with Technology (Architecture, Solutions, Development) on delivery planning, platform evolution, and scalability
- Drive Agile delivery, partnering closely with development teams to ensure high‑quality releases aligned to banking workflows
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation through launch, adoption, and iteration
- Contribute to Mergent Academic product quality assurance workflow
- Gather inputs on priority, effort, and impact to manage and continuously refine a cross‑platform product roadmap
- Partner with development teams to deliver solutions with strong UX, data accuracy, performance, and reliability, aligned to front‑office needs
- Configure and curate client‑facing interfaces within Workspace and related tools, adapting to user feedback and evolving banking workflows
- Analyze usage data, client feedback, and market trends to drive data‑informed product decisions and prioritization
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure clients understand and adopt key features
- Engage with business leadership to shape strategies for client retention, upsell, and growth within investment banking segments
Qualifications
- Strong team player with experience working across global, matrixed organizations spanning content, technology, and commercial teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial data concepts and workflow solutions
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset within fast‑evolving banking environments
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a global financial services context
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new data platforms, analytics tools, and workflow paradigms
- Experience in product management and working with engineering teams to deliver data‑driven software products
- Strong project management capabilities across cross‑functional, matrixed teams
- Ability to document requirements spanning front‑end UX, data models, APIs, and content integration
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- You possess strong knowledge of investment banking workflows, including M&A, ECM, DCM, syndicated loans, and private capital markets
- You have experience with Workspace, Workspace Excel, and LSEG Data Platform (including APIs and cloud‑based data delivery)
- You understand data modelling and integration across financial datasets
- You have exposure to origination workflows, pipeline tracking, and banker productivity tools
Key Relationships
- Proposition, Content, Marketing, and Research & Insights teams focused on capital markets and investment banking datasets and workflows
- Technology organization (engineering, architecture) to drive delivery of scalable, high‑performance data products
- Sales Account Managers (SAMs) and client‑facing teams globally to ensure client needs are captured and addressed effectively

Compensation Information
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 180,000 zł – 284,600 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan ("bonus plan"). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job‑related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
