Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday PTA Support Consultant to join a customer-focused team providing ongoing support for our global PTA customers. You will deliver configuration, troubleshooting, and advisory support to help clients adopt and optimise the PTA solution while meeting SLAs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role blends technical and functional support, requires strong Excel and data skills, and emphasizes clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience configuring or supporting HRIT systems.
• Strong customer focus with ability to present solutions and work with non-technical audiences.
• Excellent Excel skills (lookups, pivots, data quality) and experience in data analysis, transformation, loading, and reconciliation.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Clear, empathetic English communication (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with service management, including issue tracking and escalation practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration, troubleshooting, and advisory support post-deployment.
• Deliver services within SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage and prioritise incoming requests, identify root causes, and resolve issues.
• Support recurring releases and deployments, helping customers adopt new features.
• Participate in workshops and calls to gather and refine requirements.
• Collaborate across internal delivery teams and external stakeholders.
• Create documentation and knowledge articles for internal and customer self-service.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
