As an Associate Workday Integrations Engineer in our Kainos EDM team, you'll be part of a team responsible for developing and maintaining a suite of enterprise document management integrations deployed to a large, global customer base. Working under the guidance of experienced consultants and your team lead, you'll contribute to integration development, support customer upgrades to new product versions, and assist with the deployment of integrations across customer tenants. This is a hands‑on technical role with real responsibility from the start. You'll participate in engineering sprints, work directly in Workday Studio and Orchestrate for Integrations, and gain exposure to a wide range of enterprise customers. There's a structured onboarding path that includes deep dives into the integration suite, mock exercises, and paired work with senior team members. You'll be supported throughout your learning journey, but you'll also be expected to take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and take ownership of the quality of your work.
You care about doing work well, have strong attention to detail, and are motivated by seeing your work in production across real customer environments.
