Job summary

ALS is seeking a Workday Integrations Analyst to design and maintain integrations between Workday and internal systems. You will work across HR, Payroll and Finance modules, using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio to ensure accurate data flows and system efficiency.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, test, document, and support integrations, and participate in Workday updates. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of integration experience are required; English proficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
3+ years of Workday integrations development and support.
Proven expertise with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Studio).
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Studio).
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
Perform integration testing, troubleshoot defects, and ensure data accuracy.
Monitor integrations for performance and data integrity.
Develop and maintain documentation for all integrations.
Participate in Workday update cycles and assess impact on integrations.
Provide end-user support on Workday integration functionalities.
Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration.
