Job summary

ALS Global seeks a Workday Integrations Analyst to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and internal systems. You will work with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio to support HR, Payroll, and related modules.

You will gather requirements, perform testing, monitor data flows, and update documentation. Strong English communication and a willingness to stay current with Workday best practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or IT or related field.
• 3+ years of Workday integrations development and support.
• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll or Financials modules.
• Familiar with SFTP, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; detail oriented.
• Strong English communication; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
