Location: 100% remote work
Salary: 180-230 PLN net/h on B2B

Tasks

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations including PECI, PICOF, and API-based solutions.
• Act as Technical Architect for Workday: design solutions for client requirements and advise on topics like SSO.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders (BAU team, Product Owner, Scrum Master, external vendors).
• Identify and report blockers to delivery leadership and escalat e when needed.
• Work within a complex environment and ensure smooth integration processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Workday integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience with PECI, PICOF, API development.
• Knowledge of Workday Time & Attendance.
• Ability to design technical solutions and act as an integration architect.
• Experience working in Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• No travel required.
