Job summary

VirtualResource is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Lead to design and deliver scalable Workday solutions for international clients. You will lead functional workstreams across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll and other modules, facilitate workshops, and ensure governance and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The role is remote, with collaboration across clients in multiple regions. A strong track record in consultancy, Workday certifications, and cross-module expertise is essential for

• More than 3 years leading Workday functional workstreams.
• Deep expertise in Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll).
• Experience leading client workshops and managing stakeholders.
• Workday certification(s) and cross-module exposure.
• Global implementations or support within a consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design activities across Workday implementations.
• Facilitate client workshops and translate requirements into Workday solutions.
• Provide SME guidance on Workday best practices and configurations.
• Produce functional design docs and configuration specs.
• Support testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
