Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a freelance Workday Accounting Center Consultant to lead Workday Accounting Center implementations on a part‑time basis (about 20 hours per week). Design, configure, and optimize Accounting Center solutions in line with business needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate accounting requirements into effective Workday setups. Advantageous is experience with Prism Analytics datasets and AI‑powered tools.

Workday Accounting Center Consultant (Freelance)

Part‑time allocation (approximately 20 hours/week)

Your future role:

• Lead Workday Accounting Center implementations and provide expertise throughout the project lifecycle,
• Design, configure, and optimize Accounting Center solutions in line with business requirements and best practices,
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand accounting and reporting needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions,
• Provide recommendations and guidance on Accounting Center architecture, configuration, and process improvements,
• Perform system configuration, testing, and validation activities to ensure successful solution delivery,
• Support the integration and reconciliation of financial data within Workday Accounting Center,
• Leverage Workday Prism Analytics datasets to support Accounting Center reporting and data management requirements,
• Ensure adherence to Workday implementation standards, methodologies, and best practices,
• Support client-facing discussions and contribute to ongoing business development initiatives.

• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Prism datasets supporting Accounting Center (highly preferred),
