Job summary

Nordex Polska Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical activities on wind turbine installations, ensuring strict HSE adherence and timely site completion.

You will guide subcontractors, drive corrective actions, and maintain quality through site reports and meetings. The role involves on-site coordination, reporting, and ensuring proper commissioning of turbines.

Qualifications

• Fulfilment and respect of the HSE requirements at site and to intervene if the requirements aren't respected nor fulfilled
• Quantity and quality of the electrical work in accordance with the related instructions
• Timely completion of the work to ensure a proper commissioning of the wind turbine
• Give guidance to the subcontracted parties involved in installation and finishing
• Initiate corrective actions aimed to eliminate defects and to be executed by the subcontractor
• Control correctness and completeness of site related reports
• Collect and forward technical specifications
• Report the status of the site activities
• Execute the quality check on site including reporting
• Active participation at the site meeting on site (toolbox talk)
• Notificate defective or missing parts to the site manager with the purpose of replacement of these parts
• Report the status of the site activities
