Job summary

GlobalLogic partners with a major US internet provider to verify and maintain wireless solutions for millions of users. The role focuses on testing Wi-Fi systems and mesh networks, ensuring interoperability, performance, and reliability in real-world conditions.

You will execute test cases, document results, and help keep the test lab configured and ready. Strong English, Linux basics, and 1+ year in testing are expected for this hands-on QA position.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack and OSI model.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi networks and standards.
• Wi‑Fi Mesh knowledge.
• Basic Linux user experience.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Testing experience.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Wi-Fi systems qualification including interoperability, performance, range, stability, and other testings of Wi-Fi access points and mesh systems.
• Test case execution and preparing test reports.
• Configuration and maintenance of test lab.
