Job summary

GlobalLogic in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our Engineering & Science team. The project focuses on testing of Wi‑Fi chips and products, including qualification, interoperability, and performance testing to ensure an excellent experience for millions of users.

You will design test plans, execute tests, document results, report defects, and help maintain the test lab, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality wireless solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack, understanding of OSI model.
• Knowledge of Wi‑Fi networks and standards.
• Wi‑Fi Mesh experience.
• Experience in networks administration.
• Proficient Linux user.
• Experience in testing.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Prefered: Basic scripting skills (bash/python).

Responsibilities

• Wi‑Fi systems qualification including interoperability, performance, range, stability, and other testings of Wi‑Fi access points and mesh systems.
• Test plan creation based on project requirements, specifications, and industry standards.
• Test case execution and preparing test reports.
• Reporting technical issues, creating defect reports.
• Configuring and maintaining test lab.
