Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant with strong website and online course experience to support our aesthetics, skin health and education focused ventures. You will build, maintain and optimise our websites and online learning platform, ensuring a polished, high-end student experience.

The role requires independence, excellent organisation, and the ability to manage course content, enrolment and communications. Flexible, remote work with UK time alignment is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with website builders and content management systems.
• Experience with online course/LMS platforms.
• Technically confident and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Comfortable working with Canva and digital content.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive — can spot what needs doing without instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building, updating and maintaining our websites.
• Upload and format website content, images, services and landing pages.
• Make ongoing website changes and improvements when required.
• Build and manage our online learning platform.
• Upload training courses, modules, lessons, videos, PDFs and downloadable resources.
• Organise courses into a professional, easy-to-navigate student experience.
• Set up quizzes, assessments, certificates and course completion processes where required.
• Create and update student resources and online learning materials.
• Help set up course enrolment, payments and automated student communications.
• Troubleshoot basic website and learning-platform issues.
• Help create landing pages for new courses and services.
• Support integrations between our website, booking/payment systems, email marketing and learning platform.
• Ensure everything looks professional, high-end and consistent with our branding.
• Provide ongoing technical support as the academy and businesses grow.
