Responsibilities

• Uploading, formatting, scheduling, and publishing content in the CMS.
• Maintaining metadata, tags, categories, and content structure.
• Managing categories and hierarchies, including taxonomies.
• Gathering assets and copy from internal stakeholders and managing revisions.
• Supporting content priorities and day-to-day publishing activities.
• Proofreading content, checking links, and ensuring content renders correctly.
• Coordinating the implementation and testing of AI-assisted content generation and publishing workflows.
• Working in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
