Revolut is seeking a Business Risk Manager to join the Wealth and Trading team. You will sit within the first line of defense and use your analytical skills to shape sustainable growth aligned with operational risk frameworks.

The role involves identifying and assessing risks, designing controls, developing procedures, and creating risk indicators. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and report on incidents to help the business operate safely.

Formación

• 3+ years in operational risk management or management consulting within financial services.
• Knowledge of wealth and trading processes.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Track record of achievement in academics, professional, or sporting contexts.
• Organised and methodical approach to work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
