Job summary

Accenture Poland seeks talented IT professionals to join our Wealth Platform Services team. You will participate in large transformation projects within Private Banking and Wealth Management, contributing from analysis through testing and maintenance across diverse banking processes.

You will gain exposure to modern tools like OpenShift and Eclipse, work with Oracle/PL-SQL, and collaborate with international clients while developing in Java, Python, VBA, Angular, and JavaScript.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT/computer sciences or equivalent in engineering, or final year of studies.
• Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL.
• Knowledge of programming concepts and at least one modern language (Java, Python, VBA, C#, C++).
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of large transformation projects in Private Banking and Wealth Management.
• Participate in banking software implementation phases: analysis, implementation, testing and maintenance.
• Design and implement banking processes using a variety of tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with global clients and colleagues across locations on implementations and support.
• Contribute to international banking system transformation projects across areas such as Stock Exchange, Payments, CRM, KYC, or Data Migration.
• Design, customize and test solutions in Eclipse with Oracle/PL-SQL-based coding.
• Support deployment of new integration model using OpenShift container platform.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence and exposure to Java, VBA, Angular, JavaScript, etc.

THE WORK

• Be part of large transformation projects in Private Banking and Wealth Management world
• Participate in banking software implementation phases like analysis, implementation, testing and maintenance
• Design and implement banking processes using a variety of tools and platforms

Business aspects

• Collaborate with global clients and your colleagues, locally and abroad in implementation and support of solutions
• Be involved in international banking system transformation projects, delivering solutions at business level in a variety of areas (i.e., Stock Exchange, Payments, CRM and KYC, Interfacing or Data Migration) in Wealth Management

Project and Technical aspects

• Design, customize and test solutions in a modern development environment anchored in Eclipse with a Oracle and PL/SQL derived coding language
• Participate in roll‑out of new application integration model based on a containerized platform like OpenShift
• Facilitate your work with use of market collaboration tools including JIRA and Confluence
• Have exposition to other programming languages like Java, VBA, Angular, JavaScript and further topics like Test Automation

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• University degree in IT/computer sciences or equivalent in engineering, or final year of studies
• Good knowledge of relational databases logics (i.e., Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL
• Good knowledge of programming concepts and preferably one of modern programming languages (i.e., Java, Python, VBA, C#, C++)
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player, organized and task oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with very good command of the written and spoken English

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• German or French language skills allowing to at least read documentation and communicate in writing
• Finance experience or knowledge with understanding of banking products and processes
