Maersk in Warsaw is seeking a Customs Operations Manager to lead a 40+ person team in our new Warsaw Global Service Centre. You will develop core processes, drive efficiency, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced, global logistics environment.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, drive continuous improvements, and align operations with Maersk's global strategy while maintaining a focus on results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of people leadership of Customs Teams (30 people plus).
• Five+ years of experience guiding and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage stakeholders in a large organization.
• Continuous improvement mindset and end-to-end process thinking.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Deep understanding of customs and logistics.
• Fluent in English and able to build B2B relationships.
• Degree or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of 40+ professionals in our Warsaw GSC.
• Define and implement core processes and infrastructure for efficient, predictable services.
• Drive key projects, improve workflows, and boost productivity while aligning with Maersk’s global strategy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
