Job summary

Jobsi is hiring a Warehouse worker in Sulechów for two shifts (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00). Employment is via commission agreement, with a guaranteed rate of PLN 31.40 gross per hour. The role includes receiving, putaway, picking, sorting, packing, and shipping goods, with free transport to work and on-site canteen facilities.

Accommodation costs are deducted from salary at PLN 810 per month; clothing is issued by the employer, and work starts within 2–3 days after arrival.

Qualifications

• Two shifts, 6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow warehouse processes and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Dock/Receive: log goods in the computer system, check for defects, scan barcodes.
• Putaway: move goods from carts to shelves using a handheld scanner.
• Pick: collect goods onto a transport cart with a scanner.
• Sorting: organize collected goods to complete orders.
• Pack: prepare orders for shipment.
• Ship: organize parcels by carrier and load onto trucks.

Job description

Position: Warehouse worker (W/M/NB)

Place of work: Sulechów

Place of residence: Sulechów (30 km from Zielona Góra)

Employment: Commission agreement

Remuneration:

• Guaranteed rate: PLN 31.40 gross/hour.

Payout: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.

Duties:

• Dock/Receive: receiving goods in the computer system, checking for defects, scanning barcodes.
• Putaway: placing goods from carts onto cardboard shelves using a handheld scanner.
• Pick: collecting goods onto a transport cart using a handheld scanner.
• Sorting: sorting the collected goods to create a complete order.
• Pack: packing online orders and preparing them for shipment to the customer.
• Ship: sorting packed orders by carriers, arranging sorted parcels on pallets, and loading them into trucks.

Work schedule:

• Working in two shifts, 8 hours per shift.
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00.
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00.
• Working 5-6 days a week, with paid breaks.

Accommodation:

• Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities.
• Cost of accommodation: PLN 810 per month, deducted from salary.

Transport:

• Free transport to work.
