Unilever is seeking a results-driven Distribution Excellence Manager to optimize 15 European distribution centres, including both company-operated and third-party warehouses, leveraging data, benchmarking and robotics. Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse management, warehousing excellence or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Business acumen, customer focus and cross-functional collaboration.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support performance of 15 distribution centres across Europe, including company and 3PLs.
• Benchmark warehouse performance and share best practices per global standards.
• Contribute to delivering 5% year-on-year savings across ~€250m warehouse spend.
• Partner with in-market teams to identify savings and translate into improvement plans.
• Map processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend cost-control solutions.
• Support robotics and automation roadmaps to boost throughput.
• Manage improvement projects from opportunity to benefits tracking.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and cost drivers.
• Collaborate with third-party operators and conduct quarterly performance reviews.
• Mentor new team members and promote consistent ways of working.
