Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Vulnerability Management Expert to join the Group Technology Services (GTS) division in Kraków. You will coordinate remediation, generate reports, and maintain dashboards to monitor security exposure and patch compliance across IT platforms.

You will bridge CISO security teams with asset owners, driving timely remediation and clear governance across stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerability management, remediation coordination, and governance.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate findings into actions.
• Ability to communicate security issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholders to use tools like Rapid7 InsightVM.
• Monitor weekly reports to ensure successful execution and data integrity.
• Validate and verify scan findings to reduce exceptions and improve data quality.
• Generate and update vulnerability reports for relevant teams.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
• Update remediation KPIs, trends, and compliance scores.
• Monitor remediation SLAs and drive adherence across teams.
• Track key indicators such as overdue vulnerabilities and MTTR.
• Identify systemic causes of delayed remediation and propose improvements.
• Provide actionable insights to reduce backlog and improve patch compliance.
• Review open vulnerabilities and track remediation progress with owners.
• Send daily/weekly reminders to responsible parties.
• Explain processes, severity, and remediation actions to stakeholders.
• Ensure vulnerabilities are routed to correct asset owners and tracked.
