MEDvidi, Inc. is seeking a VP of Product to lead our product & engineering organisation across two tracks—Core and AI Clinic—driving AI-first strategy and people leadership.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own PM, Engineering, Design, Data, and PMM, coach a cross-functional team, and shape long-term product vision with data-driven decision making in a remote-first, US-focused medical tech company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with senior leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams incl. design, data and engineering.
• Proven track record building AI-first products and from 0 to 1.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the long-term AI-first product vision and strategy.
• Lead the full product & engineering organisation across two product tracks.
• Set high quality standards and execution speed across teams.
• Coordinate quarterly strategy and OKR planning at executive level.
• Improve product and engineering culture and processes.
