Job summary

MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform delivering scalable psychiatric care in the United States, combining licensed providers with AI tools to enhance outcomes. We seek an Engineering Manager to lead across engineering, focusing on changing the organization rather than managing delivery, with emphasis on people management and enabling teams to own their work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing engineers in a product company.
• Two or three examples of engineering or process change you started yourself, drove end to end, and measured, where the effect reached beyond your own team.
• Comfortable being hands-off: no code, no architecture ownership, no technical authority, and you won't miss it.
• Experience removing a layer of team leads and architects between you and the engineers, or removing that layer yourself.
• Agentic AI is already part of how you work, and you have driven its adoption beyond yourself.
• Fluent Russian.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering-wide initiatives beyond the boundary of your own teams, with measurable outcomes.
• Enable engineers to own delivery, hiring decisions and technical direction by removing blockers.
• Hire, onboard and grow engineers at multiple levels, setting clear performance bars.
• Push AI adoption to a broader level: practices and capabilities beyond individual contributors.
• Partner with product managers to ship intuitive, reliable experiences while teams stay autonomous in execution.
