Job summary

Kiva RTP is seeking dedicated volunteers proficient in written English and Spanish to assist in reviewing Kiva loan applications. Volunteers will translate reviews, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. A commitment of at least 2 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months is required.

This role involves working with Kiva Volunteer Coordinators and Team Leaders, having access to a computer, and maintaining attention to detail. Applications from those interested in microfinance or international development are particularly welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to commit to at least 2 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.
• Responsive via email, especially with Kiva Volunteer Coordinators and Team Leaders.
• Must have access to a computer.

Responsibilities

• Review Kiva loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Translate loan reviews into Spanish as required.
• Submit completed loan reviews within the agreed timeframe.
