Job summary

iSpeedtoLead is seeking a video editor to craft dynamic, high-retention short-form content for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok. You will source stock footage, references, and AI visuals as needed, ensuring the final edits convey a clear message and intent.

You will independently assemble engaging clips with captions, basic motion graphics, and precise transitions, delivering fast turnaround and responding to feedback to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of dynamic editing: pacing, hooks, rhythm, and attention retention.
• Ability to edit based on story and meaning, not just music or visuals.
• Can independently find and select footage such as B-roll, stock, and references.
• Experience with short-form content including Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and ads.
• Ability to add captions/subtitles, basic motion graphics, zooms, transitions, and highlights.
• Understands how to capture attention in the first 3–5 seconds.
• Fast turnaround and ability to iterate based on feedback.

Role overview

We’re looking for a video editor who understands dynamic editing, can build engaging videos with strong retention, and selects footage based on meaning — not just aesthetics. This person should be able to independently source materials such as stock footage, references, B-roll, memes, and AI-generated visuals, and turn them into compelling short-form content.

Must-have skills
