Responsibilities

• Revise user reports regarding website content.
• Analyze and identify content according to compliance policies.
• Make decisions to resolve inquiries based on defined policies.
• Use market knowledge to enhance user support.
• Revise sensitive content that may be graphic in nature.

Job description

To make this happen, you need to have:

• Proficiency in the Slovenian language at min. C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Availability to work on a 24/7 shift (including weekends - two days off each week) from the office.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learning skills - adaptability to learn new processes, concepts.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Having a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification.

WORK FROM THE OFFICE*

Working hours: 1 AM - 9 AM (main shift)

Working mode: 7 days per week, including weekend shifts.

Readiness, depending on business needs, to work on a 24/7 basis (morning, afternoon or night shifts).

Your responsibilities:

• Revision of user reports regarding website content.
• Analysis and identification of content according to compliance policies.
• Making well-balanced decisions and helping to resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures by flagging discrepancies.
• Using market-specific knowledge and insights to improve the support of the user community.
• Revision of sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter.
