Cross Border Talents is seeking a Video Content Analyst for the German Market, with relocation support to Lisbon. The role is full-time with a base salary up to 16,100 EUR gross plus a language bonus and additional allowances.

The position includes rotation shifts, including some nights, and a yearly performance bonus in a dynamic, international team. Relocation housing assistance is provided, with bureaucratic support for NIF/NISS and housing found, plus meal and transport allowances.

Qualifications

• German native or fluent with strong English (B2+) proficiency.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including occasional nights.
• Ability to handle sensitive/graphic content with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess user reports on video content.
• Handle sensitive material with discretion and professionalism.
• Remove inappropriate or policy-violating content.
• Apply guidelines consistently to ensure a safe viewing environment.
