As Vice President, Shared Services Delivery & MI, you will build and lead the Warsaw Shared Services finance team, taking ownership of the day-to-day delivery of core finance processes across Cantor Fitzgerald, BGC Group and Newmark. This includes the end-to-end delivery of monthly allocations, management reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, cost-pool management, and budget and forecast updates, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, well controlled, and consistently delivered.
You will establish a scalable operating model with clear process ownership, documented procedures, appropriate controls, and accountability for delivery. Working closely with the relevant FP&A leaders, you will support monthly variance analysis, budget and forecast discussions, and the resolution of financial and operational issues, ensuring that processes are completed end to end and that issues are addressed through to resolution.
A key part of the role will be to continuously improve how the team operates, using automation, AI, and new systems and tools to reduce manual work, improve accuracy and controls, and increase efficiency. You will partner with Technology and relevant systems teams to define requirements, implement solutions, improve data flows, and embed new ways of working into the operating model. You will also progressively transition additional recurring finance activities into Warsaw, developing the team's capabilities, establishing consistent standards, and building a high-performing delivery function.
