Job summary

Aptiv PLC is seeking a proactive student in Kraków to assist Test Development Engineers by supporting test systems, documenting results, and maintaining lab equipment. This role emphasizes teamwork and hands-on electronics learning in a collaborative R&D environment.

You will work a minimum of 20 hours per week with hybrid work options, and enjoy private health care, life insurance, and wellness programs plus an employer pension. English is helpful; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently a student in electronics, automation, mechatronics or electrical engineering or a closely related field.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and measurement methods.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a project team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively support Test Development Engineers in their daily activities.
• Support the assembly and verification of test systems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Support supervision and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Cooperate with engineers, technicians, and other project team members.
• Ensure confidentiality and protection of test data.
• Take care of company equipment and laboratory spaces.
• Support process, tool, and laboratory improvement activities.
