Job summary

Novocure is seeking an experienced Verification and Validation Test Technician Coordinator in Kraków. The role is office-based in the Kraków lab and involves leading V&V testing across projects, coordinating technicians, and maintaining equipment with proper calibration.

You will report to the verification and validation manager, support audits (FDA, TUV, internal), and collaborate with engineering and V&V teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience including product functional testing.
• Experience coordinating technicians and testing activities.
• V&V for medical device experience or related field with similar controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversight V&V test execution for multiple projects, coordinating two technicians.
• Coordinate test activities according to priorities.
• Report test statuses and results.
• Maintain testing equipment and calibration per QMS.
