Softsich is seeking an experienced UI/UX Lead to shape the UX direction and build a design team. You will blend design delivery with user-centric insights, driving improvements from discovery to implementation.

The role requires strong product thinking, leadership, and collaboration across Product, Development, Analytics, and Support to deliver measurable UX outcomes.

Softsich is an international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We're on the lookout for an experiencedUI/UX Leadwho's ready to grow with us, strengthen our UX direction, and develop a team of designers.

You'll combine design delivery with a continuous focus on improving the user experience - exploring user behavior, identifying opportunities, and taking UX initiatives from discovery to implementation and validation. We're looking for someone who brings strong product thinking, a clear UX vision, and the initiative to uncover problems and drive improvements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• - Shaping and evolving the UX vision in close collaboration with the Head of Design, aligning priorities and contributing to the development of the design function.
• - Leading design delivery and maintaining the quality of the team's work.
• - Proactively identifying UX problems and opportunities across user flows and customer journeys.
• - Analyzing user behavior, funnels, drop-offs, and product metrics to inform design decisions.
• - Combining UX research, customer feedback, support insights, and competitive analysis to define problems and formulate evidence-based hypotheses.
• - Working with the team to design and validate solutions, leading key UX initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• - Evaluating the impact of changes after release and using findings to guide further improvements.
• - Introducing new interaction approaches and product improvements that address user needs.
• - Developing UX thinking within the team through mentoring, regular 1:1s, and constructive feedback.
• - Supporting designers with complex product challenges and helping them grow.
• - Collaborating with Product, Development, Analytics, Customer Support, and other stakeholders to align and implement UX solutions.
• - Partnering with the Team Lead Graphic Design to maintain visual consistency and a shared approach where product experience and brand intersect.

It's a match if you have:

• - Experience as a UI/UX Lead, Lead Product Designer, or Senior Product Designer with leadership responsibilities.
• - Strong expertise in UX and product design, with an understanding of the full UX cycle: research, problem discovery, hypothesis development, solution design, implementation, and validation.
• - Experience using UX analytics and behavioral data, including funnels, drop-offs, heatmaps, session recordings, and product metrics.
• - The ability to combine quantitative and qualitative insights to support decisions.
• - Experience conducting or coordinating UX research.
• - Strong product thinking and the ability to design end-to-end user flows and customer journeys.
• - The ability to define, communicate, and advocate for a clear UX vision.
• - Experience in people management, mentoring, and designer development.
• - Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build constructive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• - A high level of ownership, autonomy, and initiative, with the ability to take ideas through to implementation and measurable outcomes.
• - An open, respectful, and constructive communication style.

Nice to have:

• - Experience in high-frequency digital products.
• - Hands-on experience with Hotjar, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
• - Experience with A/B testing and product experimentation.
• - Experience working on large-scale products with complex conversion funnels.
• - Experience establishing UX research or analytics processes.
• - Experience working across multiple products or brands.
• - A strong interest in emerging interaction patterns, AI, and product innovation.
