Job summary

DOZ.pl ищет опытного UX/UI-дизайнера для разработки концепций и реализации дизайна веб и мобильных интерфейсов. Вы будете работать в тесном взаимодействии с командой разработки, фокусируясь на удобстве использования и эффективности решений.

Требуется 2–3 года опыта, знание Figma и Adobe, а также понимание принципов UX/UI и процессов электронной коммерции. В роли вас ждут креативность, внимание к деталям и способность проводить исследования пользователей.

Qualifications

• Опыт проектирования мобильных решений с подходом app-first.
• Опыт работы с Design System.
• Не менее 2–3 лет в UX/UI дизайне.
• Глубокие знания UX и UI принципов и трендов.
• Умение строить инфо-архитектуру, прототипирование и дизайн end-to-end.
• Уверенное владение Figma и Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Знание e-commerce и бизнес-процессов.
• Высокий эстетический вкус, внимание к деталям и креативность.
• Умение проводить исследования: интервью, A/B тесты, сценарии, анализ результатов.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать вайрфреймы, пользовательские потоки и маршруты клиентов, поддерживающие бизнес-цели.
• Создавать интуитивные UX/UI-решения на основе анализа и требований.
• Прототипировать и проектировать веб- и мобильные интерфейсы с упором на функциональность и удобство.
• Учитывать технологические ограничения и реализацию.
• Выявлять UX-проблемы и разрабатывать эффективные решения.
• Рекомендовать улучшения существующих проектов и разрабатывать новые концепты продукта.
• Оптимизировать существующие решения на основе данных и рыночных тенденций.
• Следить за трендами дизайна и предлагать инновации.
• Готовить качественные макеты, прототипы и дизайн-материалы.
• Тесно сотрудничать с командой разработки на всех стадиях реализации.
• Собирать, анализировать и интерпретировать отзывы пользователей.
• Обеспечивать визуальную и функциональную согласованность продуктов.

• Designing wireframes, user flows, and customer journeys that genuinely support business goals.
• Creating intuitive UX/UI solutions based on analysis, business requirements, and user needs.
• Prototyping and designing web and mobile interfaces focused on functionality and high usability.
• Designing with technological constraints and implementation realities in mind.
• Identifying UX problems and developing effective, measurable solutions.
• Recommending improvements to existing projects and developing new product concepts.
• Optimizing existing solutions based on data, feedback, and market trends.
• Monitoring the latest trends in application and website design and proposing innovative solutions.
• Preparing high-quality mockups, prototypes, and design materials.
• Working closely with the development team at every stage of implementation.
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting user feedback.
• Ensuring the visual and functional consistency of the products being created.
• Co-creating and developing UX standards and guidelines.

Требования:

• Experience designing mobile solutions using an app-first approach.
• Experience working with a Design System.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Very good knowledge of UX and UI principles and current trends in designing websites and mobile applications.
• Experience creating information architecture, prototyping, and end-to-end design.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of the e-commerce industry and understanding of business processes.
• A strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and a creative approach to design.
• Ability to conduct research: user interviews, A/B tests, preparing scenarios, and analyzing results.
