Job summary

What you will do

• Above all, develop! Crafton is always the most valuable point in your CV.
• Independently conduct UX analyses and research with users, delivering useful websites and applications.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and developers by evaluating their designs.
• Occasionally design a mock‑up, but spend most of your time on UX analyses.
• Help others on the team and solve UX and UI challenges together.

What we’re looking for

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial work in UX analysis and research.
• A strong understanding of UI trends, without a desire to become a UI designer in the future.
• A passion for refining details.
• A high level of communicative English; Polish is a plus.
