Ampstek is seeking an experienced UX Designer to work on two AI-centered innovations: learning platforms to boost AI competencies and S&OP-driven supply chain enhancements. You will conduct UX research, define IA, create prototypes, iterate based on testing, and collaborate with researchers, product teams, engineers, and supply-chain stakeholders.

The role requires strong English communication and experience with design systems and accessibility standards.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a UX Designer.
• Experience designing interactive learning platforms or AI-powered educational tools.
• Strong UX process knowledge, including research, information architecture, prototyping, testing, and iterative improvement.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent UX/UI tools.
• Basic understanding of AI and machine-learning technologies and their UX implications.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Development teams.
• Understanding of design systems and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with supply-chain processes and S&OP methodologies.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

The UX Designer will work across two innovation initiatives with AI at the center. The first focuses on designing intuitive educational experiences that improve AI competencies among employees, including learning platforms, pathways, chatbots, personalized journeys, and AI-powered learning assistants. The second focuses on transforming Sales and Operations Planning to improve supply-chain transparency and efficiency, including capacity allocation, demand forecasting, product-mix decisions, and risk assessment. The designer will conduct and apply UX research, define information architecture, create prototypes, test and iterate designs, and work closely with researchers, subject-matter experts, product teams, engineers, and supply-chain stakeholders.
