What is this job all about?

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to take charge of the end-to-end creation of engaging and functional game experiences. What will you be doing?
  • Designing and improving UX processes, supporting the introduction of best practices in player experience design;
  • Promoting UX principles and the value of user research across cross-functional teams;
  • Helping to define and optimize UX workflows to improve collaboration across disciplines;
  • Acting as an advocate of player-centered design, ensuring product decisions are guided by player needs;
  • Preparing documentation and frameworks to support upcoming features and streamline decision-making;
  • Taking part in defining player jobs-to-be-done and journeys for new features;
  • Gathering and analyzing data to identify player problems and propose solutions;
  • Experimenting with research techniques to strengthen product discovery;
  • Researching the market and benchmarking competitors to uncover trends and insights;
  • Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and artists to deliver relevant solutions;
  • Producing prototypes and user flows for new features, iterating based on feedback and data;
  • Supporting usability tests to validate and refine player experiences;
  • Taking part in studio-wide playtesting sessions and helping to act on feedback.
What are we looking for?
  • At least 2 years of experience as a UX Designer in mobile game development;
  • Participation in at least one full release cycle of a mobile game (preferably free-to-play);
  • A designer who can both contribute ideas and support building UX workflows;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with bitmap-based graphic software;
  • A portfolio showcasing UX work in mobile games;
  • Good communication and collaboration skills;
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup from Wroc2aw;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Someone motivated by improving processes, not afraid to question solutions and propose alternatives.

  • Experience simplifying or overhauling game interface projects;
  • A proven track record of redesigning and improving player experiences.
Portfolio requirements:
  • Examples of interface prototypes (preferably interactive);
  • Samples of UX work from previously released products.
