Job summary

HelloFresh ищет старшего дизайнера продукта в Варшаве для ведения дизайн-процессов от идеи до внедрения. Ваша роль включает руководство командой, активное применение ИИ в рабочих процессах и контроль качества визуального и взаимодействующего дизайна.

Qualifications

• 6+ лет опыта дизайна продукта с полномасштабной реализацией потребительских продуктов.

Responsibilities

Its global technology backbone, HelloTech, builds scalable and data-driven digital products across autonomous, cross-functional alliances to support millions of customers monthly.

• Lead design from concept to execution across consumer touchpoints, maintaining accountability for the full experience and a high quality bar;


• Use AI as an active part of the workflow for generating and synthesizing user insights, accelerating discovery, building rapid prototypes, and closing the gap between design and code;


• Bring attention to detail across layout, motion, typography, and micro-interaction, using animation as a strategic tool;


• Identify and explore product opportunities through market research and user analysis to translate insights into design decisions;


• Collaborate with product leads, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals and technical requirements.

Требования

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design with a track record of delivering consumer products end-to-end;


• Active use of AI tools across the design workflow for strategy, insight synthesis, discovery, rapid prototyping, and design-to-code development;


• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with focus on hierarchy, motion, micro-interaction, and animation;


• High agency and proactivity to push for the right technical solution with conviction in design decisions;


• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively;


• Nice to have: Experience using motion to elevate product quality.
