Job summary

RITS is seeking a UX Designer (Mobile & Web) to work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams on modern, user-centric digital solutions. You will own end-to-end UX across iOS, Android, and Web with production-ready design and strong collaboration with development teams.

Minimum 3 years of UI/UX experience is required, with production-ready interfaces for mobile platforms. Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of iOS/Android guidelines are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX solutions for iOS, Android, and Web applications.
• Own full design lifecycle from discovery to high-fidelity UI.
• Collaborate daily with developers, PO, BA, and QA in Agile environment.
• Support development teams during implementation and answer UX questions.
• Prepare and present design concepts for reviews and demos.
• Ensure consistency with design systems and platform guidelines.
• Improve user flows based on feedback and analytics.
• Contribute to shared UI components and design patterns.
• Assist POs during external customer presentations and demos.

Job description

We are seeking a UX Designer (Mobile & Web) with strong mobile design expertise to work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams on modern, user-centric digital solutions.

Hybrid work model: team work 2-3 day/week from the Krakow office

This role has end-to-end ownership of user experience and interface design across iOS, Android, and Web platforms, with a strong emphasis on production-ready design rather than concept-only work. The designer will actively support development teams during implementation, resolve UX questions in real time, and participate in internal and customer-facing demos.

Responsibilities:

• Designing UI/UX solutions for iOS, Android, and Web applications
• Owning the full design lifecycle: discovery, user flows, wireframes, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI
• Collaborating daily with developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA in an Agile environment
• Supporting development teams during implementation by answering UX questions and making design decisions
• Preparing and presenting design concepts for internal reviews and customer demonstrations
• Ensuring consistency with design systems, accessibility standards, and platform guidelines (Apple and Google)
• Improving existing user flows based on feedback, analytics, and usability insights
• Contributing to shared UI components and design patterns
• Supporting Product Owners during external customer presentations and demos

We are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on mobile applications
• Proven experience designing production-ready interfaces for iOS and Android
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and design systems
• Solid knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines and mobile interaction patterns
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to clearly communicate and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Good command of English, written and spoken
• Ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams, including stakeholders based in the USA

Nice to have:

• Experience with design systems used across mobile and web
• Understanding of mobile development constraints (SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, web views)
• Exposure to usability testing and iterative design based on feedback
