Worldline in Warsaw is seeking a senior UX Designer for the GlobalCollect platform, designing end-to-end experiences for merchant-facing products and payments operations teams worldwide.
You will conduct user research, run design sprints, create flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

The GlobalCollect platform sits at the heart of Worldline's enterprise ecommerce business. We process payments for some of the world's most recognised brands - think Google, Spotify, Valve, Blizzard, KLM, Emirates, and Booking.com. Merchants operating at this scale have zero tolerance for friction, confusion, or poor design. That's where you come in.As a UX Designer on the GlobalCollect platform, you'll be working on complex, high-stakes B2B products used by payment operations teams, finance departments, and fraud analysts across the globe. Your designs don't just need to look good — they need to make complicated things feel simple for people who really, really care about getting it right. You'll be embedded in a product team that believes in discovery-led design, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to turn ambiguity into clarity and complexity into usable, elegant solutions.
5+ years ofexperience inproduct design, with a focus on payments or B2B SaaS preferred
Experience in working with scrum teams and tools like Jira and Confluence, andsophisticatedskills inFigma and other design tools, with an understanding of HTML and CSS
Experience in UI design and micro-interactions
Knowledge of user research practices, and experience using usability testing platforms
Strongverbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to audiences with varying levels ofproduct designunderstanding
Deep empathy for users and a passion forrepresentingtheir needs and motivations to diverse stakeholder groups
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset inidentifyingopportunities for improving the user experience
