Emd Group in Poznań seeks an Upstream Customer Application Specialist to support the EMEA East Europe region. You will apply your Upstream bioprocess expertise to engage customers, formulate strategies, and assist sales teams in presenting our upstream technology portfolio.

You bring 5+ years in bioprocess, knowledge of biopharma sales cycles, and strong stakeholder management to build strategic relationships and help position media and upstream chemicals across the portfolio.

Your Role:

Join our dynamic Customer Applications team within the Process Solutions commercial organization! As an Upstream Customer Application Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in Upstream bioprocess to collaborate with customers and drive sales in the EMEA East Europe region. Your role will involve developing integrated strategies, supporting sales teams, and presenting our Upstream technology expertise to customers through engaging interactions.
You will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, positioning cell culture media and associated upstream chemicals, and ensure successful brand awareness across the portfolio. If you're passionate about innovation and customer success,

Who You Are

• You have over 5 years of relevant technical bioprocess experience in the life science industry, with hands-on expertise in Upstream processes.
• You possess a solid understanding of sales cycles from prospecting to closure in the Biopharmaceutical industry, complemented by rel-
• You excel in managing complex and dynamic projects, effectively engaging with a variety of key stakeholders.
• You are customer-focused, proactive and action-oriented approach.
• You exhibit an inquisitive and probing nature
• You have a good understanding of the biopharma market, preferably with knowledge in the territory
• You are a strong communicator
• You are skilled in effective prioritization and organization of work, strategic thinking, and adapting to evolving needs while building strategic working relationships.
