• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Significant academic record in a relevant discipline.

• Specialist title for clinical/diagnostic specialities.
• Experience in training research staff and educating students.
• Experience raising funds for scientific research from external sources.

Responsibilities

• Leading the clinical team in delivering educational activities.
• Conducting active scientific work including research projects, grant acquisition, publishing and conferences.
• Coordinating scientific activities of students from the Faculty of Medicine (including the English-language division).
• Participating in training programmes related to academic activities.
• Taking an active part in university-wide initiatives.

Requirements

Research Field Medical sciences » Medicine Education Level Master Degree or equivalent

Skills/Qualifications

• has a significant academic record in a relevant discipline;
• has knowledge of English of at least level b2;
• has a specialist title - for clinical and diagnostic specialities;
• has a significant track record in the training of research staff and in the education of students;
• has experience in raising funds for scientific research
• from external sources.

Specific Requirements

• academic curriculum vitae, including list of publications
• professional curriculum vitae in the case of teaching posts
• career achievements: applicant's mobility, grants, research, innovative activities, openness to entrepreneurship and the practical aspect of research
• scanned copies of degrees
• a scan of a certificate or a certificate issued by the Centre for Foreign Language Teaching at the Medical University of Łódź, confirming knowledge of a foreign language, indicating the level of proficiency and the period of its validity;
• declaration of no criminal record, employment status at the University and declaration of the need to complete training in teaching methodology
