Moon Active Ltd. in Warsaw is seeking a hands-on software engineer to design and ship mobile features from system design to production deployment using Unity on iOS and Android.

You will work on data-driven performance improvements, integrate native plugins and third-party services, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑growing game company focused on scalable, player‑centric experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor or similar.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong knowledge of an OOP language (C# or equivalent) and memory management.
• Proactive, self-driven, with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Unity on mobile platforms, including its scripting APIs, profiling tools, UI, and animations.
• Native Ukrainian speaker.

Responsibilities

• Manage features from system design and data handling to production deployment.
• Design architectures and implement end-to-end client-side features, leveraging LLMs from day-to-day development processes up to system architecture.
• Use data-driven methods to resolve production issues and optimize performance across all devices.
• Manage the integration of native plugins and third-party services.
