Job summary

Seargin in Poland is seeking an experienced UiPath RPA Developer to design, build, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. You will build scalable RPA solutions aligned with business requirements and collaborate with IT, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver reliable automation projects.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, SDLC knowledge, and Agile delivery, with a focus on maintaining automation performance and integration with APIs and databases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in RPA development, preferably with UiPath.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Insight.
• Experience with C#, VB.NET, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Good knowledge of API integrations, SQL, and database technologies.
• Experience with workflow automation, debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle principles and practices.
• Understanding of the Elastic Robots concept and its application in RPA.
• Familiarity with latest UiPath features, particularly AI and machine learning capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• UiPath Developer Associate, Professional, or equivalent certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath
• Build scalable RPA solutions and bots aligned with business requirements
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation processes
• Maintain and enhance automations to ensure stability and performance
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Monitor bot performance and support production operations, including CI/CD processes
• Integrate automations with other systems using APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
• Create and maintain technical and process documentation, including SDDs and technical designs
• Follow development standards, governance processes, and RPA best practices
• Work in an Agile environment and contribute to continuous improvement of automation solutions
