Job summary

The position requires a biology/healthcare background, 2+ years in Drug Development, strong English, and a hybrid work model in Warsaw. Expect diverse collaboration and process ownership.

Qualifications

• University degree in related discipline, preferably in biological science or healthcare-related fields, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 year experience in Drug Development within a pharmaceutical or clinical background.
• Understanding of the clinical study and drug development process and ICH GCP guidelines.
• Project management and stakeholder management skills; ability to deliver on time, cost and quality.
• Ability to identify risks and propose solutions; strong time management and prioritisation.
• Excellent spoken and written English; AZ values and behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Tester – execute Test Scripts during onboarding phase.
• Test Lead – create User Acceptance Testing documentation and track issues.
• Quality Lead – ensure UAT process timeliness and quality; review documents.
