• Extensive knowledge of cash management, banking, and treasury operations.
• Proficient with financial and analytical systems; able to implement process improvements.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Initiative, accountability, detail‑oriented, analytics, curiosity, and a proactive problem solver.
• Strong command of English; Polish language skills are an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or a related field.

• Overseeing daily cash tasks, monitoring cash levels, and liquidity needs.
• Maintaining a 12‑month daily cash‑flow forecast with finance and market teams.
• Handling banking matters, including bank questions, mandate updates, and user access.
• Processing and approving manual payments and payment runs with banks.
• Lead a Team, supporting development and day‑to‑day performance.
• Building relationships with banks, external partners, and internal teams; preparing reports.
• Improving Treasury Operations processes by streamlining workflows.
• Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and cross‑team collaboration.

Your Role

We are looking for a Treasury Team Leader to join a growing and dynamic Treasury team. In this role, you will manage day‑to‑day cash‑related activities and work closely with market teams, finance partners, and external banking institutions. You will contribute to efficient cash positioning, forecasting, and banking operations while supporting the development and optimization of treasury processes in an international environment. The role offers broad exposure to treasury activities, regular collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, and the opportunity to take part in ongoing process improvements and operational projects.

Your Tasks

• Overseeing handling of daily cash tasks, such as monitoring cash levels, managing short‑term liquidity needs, and posting transactions.
• Overseeing creating and maintaining a 12‑month daily cash‑flow forecast, working closely with finance and market teams.
• Taking care of banking matters, including questions from banks, mandate updates, and user access issues.
• Processing and approving manual payments and payment runs, staying in touch with banks to confirm and track them.
• Lead a Team, supporting their development, engagement and day‑to‑day performance.
• Building positive relationships with banks, external partners, internal teams and preparing regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Improving Treasury Operations processes by identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance workflows.
• Actively contribute to internal knowledge sharing, supporting cross‑team collaboration and the company’s wider community initiative.

Your Profile

• At least 7 years of professional experience in Treasury Operations within a global organization.
• Confirmed experience in leading teams, including supporting their development and daily performance.
• Extensive knowledge of Cash Management, Banking, and Treasury Operations.
• Proficiency with financial and analytical systems, with a proven ability to implement process enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• A mindset characterized by initiative, accountability, detail‑focused, analytics, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written (Polish language skills would be an additional asset).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance or a related field.
