SmartWays Sp. z o.o. in Szczecin is seeking a Finance Professional to join our treasury team. You will monitor cash positions, forecast needs, and help implement cash management strategies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Treasury or Payment Processing.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with SAP (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and forecast future cash requirements.
• Implement cash management strategies.
• Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts and reports.
• Process and manage all payment transactions accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
• Participate in on-site and remote transition projects, including process migrations.
• Create and update documentation for transitioned processes.
• Support the development of backup structures and contingency plans for transferred processes.
