Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking a Treasury Back Office professional to manage end-to-end operations, deliver liquidity reporting, and drive automation. You will develop Power BI and Excel reporting, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure accounting integrity in a global, cross-cultural team.

The role requires a Finance-related degree and 4–5 years of experience, with fluency in English and strong analytical skills. The position offers hybrid work and a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Treasury Back Office, Banking or Financial Operations.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments, Treasury processes and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with high accuracy and strong communication across cultures; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Treasury operations including trade confirmations, settlements, accounting and reconciliations.
• Deliver high-quality Treasury reporting, daily liquidity positions and debt metrics.
• Drive automation, standardization and continuous process improvements with Treasury Front Office and IT.
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and banking partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
