Hudson Talent Solutions, on behalf of our global chemical manufacturing client, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support global banking and cash management activities while working closely with finance, legal, and business stakeholders across an international organization.

Work Model:

Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Treasury Cash Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting global treasury operations, including but not limited to:

• Providing audit support for SOX and Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICOFR).
• Managing the Bank Account Module (BAM) within the Kyriba Treasury Management System, administering online banking platforms, and supporting treasury-related banking projects, including new account openings, bank account closures, bank integrations, and Kyriba connectivity implementations.
• Leveraging tools such as AI, Power BI, and other technologies to drive process improvements and enhance team efficiency.
• Collaborating closely with the Legal Team, Global Treasurer, regional Treasury Managers, and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, while building strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple global locations and affiliates.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking, or a related finance function.
• Working knowledge of financial and accounting principles, treasury operations, and accounts payable processes.
• Experience with a Treasury Management System (TMS) is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as AI, Power BI, or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Proactive, goal-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and adapt effectively to change.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders in a global environment.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across regions and functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
