Job summary

Girteka Group in Poznań, Poland, is seeking a logistics coordinator to plan international routes, coordinate the vehicle fleet, and organize long-haul drivers to ensure efficient, high-quality freight transport with our assigned fleet. The role requires higher education, experience in transport logistics as a plus, strong analytical thinking, and excellent English and Russian.

About The Role

Following established procedures and instructions, plans drivers' work schedules and coordinates drivers during trips to ensure high-quality and efficient freight transportation using the assigned fleet of vehicles.

Base monthly salary: From 7 500 to 8 000 zł Gross/monthly. A quarterly performance-based bonus is available after the probation period, depending on individual and company results. The final offer will depend on the cadnidate's experience, competencies and overall fir for the role
